Our retreat follows the Ayurveda Living theme, which fosters a harmonious and balanced environment. Meditation at the ashram is structured through three stages: Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (enlightenment). The journey begins with focused concentration on a specific object or thought, progresses to deeper meditation, and ultimately aims for the enlightenment of Samadhi. This approach helps deepen self-awareness and promotes inner peace, guiding participants towards a transformative experience for both body and mind.

Translation: ” There are three paths that lead to self-destruction: Lust, Anger, and Greed. To avoid these dangers, it’s important to let go of these three negative feelings and focus on more positive ways of living.”

Program Detail:

During this retreat, you’ll engage in yoga and meditation alongside Ayurveda treatments, all guided by a certified yoga teacher and experienced vaidya (doctor). Ayurveda and yoga are complementary sciences: Ayurveda focuses on physical and mental health, while yoga addresses mental wellness. Yoga practices help balance neurohormones and metabolism, promoting natural stress relief and addressing stress-related disorders. Our holistic approach integrates these disciplines to foster overall well-being and restore equilibrium in both body and mind. Experience a comprehensive healing journey through expert supervision and tailored treatments designed to rejuvenate and harmonize your health.

Accommodations are designed in the Ayurveda Living style, surrounded by nature. Each room includes an attached toilet, shower, and Western-style commode. Guests can choose from double, shared, or single rooms according to their preference. Children under 5 years old stay free of charge with their parents in the same room, including complimentary food. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises. This setup guarantees a comfortable, serene environment that enhances relaxation and rejuvenation throughout your stay.

During this retreat, you will exclusively enjoy ayurvedic vegetarian meals served three times daily, tailored to your body and mind constitution. Ayurveda Living strictly offers vegetarian cuisine, with options including gluten-free and vegan dishes to accommodate diverse dietary preferences and requirements..

Note: Excursions depend on weather and road conditions. River rafting is seasonal and subject to availability. Ayurvedic therapy accommodates one person at a time during breakfast, lunch, or free time slots.  Management Team reserves the right to alter class or session times according to availability without prior notice.
