Our Satvik meals include a variety of grains, legumes, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, nuts, seeds, and herbs, all sourced locally and prepared in a way that retains their nutritional value. We avoid ingredients that are overly spicy, processed, or tamasic (stale or heavy), such as garlic, onions, and excessive oil, as these can disturb the mind and body’s equilibrium.
